Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to the questions packaging buyers ask us most. For anything else, request a quote.
What is Royal Pack Group’s minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 5,000 pieces per design. This applies across flexible, metal, and paper packaging programs.
What is your typical production lead time?
Typical production lead time is 30 days after artwork approval. Timelines can vary by material and order size — share your target date when you request a quote and we will confirm.
What types of packaging do you manufacture?
Three material families: flexible packaging (stand-up pouches, spout pouches, sachets, coffee bags), metal packaging (custom tin boxes for cookies, tea, mints, and specialty shapes), and paper packaging (folding cartons, rigid boxes, corrugated mailers).
Can you print our brand artwork on the packaging?
Yes. We support custom printing across all materials, plus finishes such as matte/gloss lamination and embossing on select formats. Send your artwork with your quote request.
Do you provide samples before production?
Yes. We support sampling so you can approve materials, structure, and print quality before committing to full production.
Do you ship to the United States?
Yes. We regularly support US brands with USA shipping. Tell us your delivery location when requesting a quote.
What is the difference between Royal Pack Group and Royal Tins?
Royal Pack Group is the parent group covering all packaging — flexible, metal, and paper. Royal Tins (royaltins.com) is our specialist tin-packaging site with deeper detail on custom tin boxes.
