Quality Approach

Quality begins with clear and approved requirements, including dimensions, materials, print requirements, finishes, functional features and approved samples or reference standards. This process creates a practical reference for production and inspection.

Pre-Production Review

Before production, artwork and files, structural dimensions, material specifications, color and finish expectations, functional requirements, and approved samples or references are reviewed together.

In-Process Quality Control

During production, practical checks may include print registration, color and surface appearance, dimensions, seals, closures or assembly, functional features, defect documentation and production communication. Findings are checked against approved requirements.

Final Inspection

Finished packaging is reviewed for appearance, packaging and labeling, quantity, packing condition and shipment readiness before delivery coordination.

Documentation and Communication

Project specifications, samples, revisions, approvals and inspection findings are managed and communicated among the relevant teams so decisions remain clear and traceable throughout the packaging program.

Flexible Packaging

Review may focus on print consistency, lamination appearance, seals, zippers, valves or spouts where applicable, bag dimensions and material structure.

Metal Packaging

Review may focus on printing and coating, forming and dimensions, lid or closure fit, hinges, windows or inserts where applicable, surface appearance and embossing or debossing.

Paper Packaging

Review may focus on print and color, cutting and creasing, folding and gluing, structural fit, surface finishing and carton assembly.
